The complete deep-hip release system: the Hip Hook to target the iliacus and psoas with precision, the Orbit to broaden and prep the surrounding glutes and deep hip rotators, and a free app to guide every release.

  • Two tools, one routine: The Orbit warms up and broadens the glute and deep-hip muscles; the Hip Hook then targets the iliacus and psoas a foam roller can't reach.
  • The Hip Hook reaches the iliacus: Its precision tip and rotating mechanism apply sustained pressure right where hands-on therapists work, for a 90-second release.
  • The Orbit covers the glute complex: A firm 4-inch ball that delivers broad, sustained pressure to the piriformis and deep hip rotators.
  • App-guided: A free companion app shows you exactly where to place each tool, how much pressure to use, and times your release.
  • A clinic technique at home: Designed by a physical therapist to do at home what used to take an office visit.

Why it's in the Club

The hip flexor a foam roller can't reach.

Sitting all day keeps the deep hip muscles short, the psoas, iliacus, and the deep rotators in your glutes, the muscles near the center of how your body lines up. When they stay tight, the strain shows up as hip and lower-back tension.

Foam rollers and lacrosse balls never really reach them. This system does: the Orbit delivers broad pressure across the glute complex to prep the area, and the Hip Hook targets the iliacus and psoas with the sustained, angled pressure a manual therapist uses by hand.

Designed by a physical therapist to do at home what used to take an office visit. That is why it is in the Club.

How it works

Simple to use, every day.

  1. 1

    Warm up with the Orbit

Place the Orbit under your glute and the side of your hip and sink your body weight in to broaden and prep the muscle.

  2. 2

    Target with the Hip Hook

Lie face down and set the Hip Hook just inside your front hip bone to reach the iliacus and psoas, following the app's guide.

  3. 3

    Hold 90 seconds

Breathe and hold the Hip Hook release for 90 seconds per side. The app times it for you.

Questions, answered.

How long until I feel a difference?

Many people feel looser after their very first session. Lasting change comes from using it a few times a week, the same way mobility builds over time.

Do I need the app?

No, but it helps. The free Aletha app shows exactly where to place the tool, how much pressure to use, and times your release. A quick-start guide is included too.

Is it supposed to hurt?

It should feel like deep, productive pressure, never sharp pain. You control how much body weight you apply, so start light and ease in.

How is this different from a foam roller?

Foam rollers and lacrosse balls cannot reach the deep muscles that drive most hip and lower-back tightness. These tools are shaped to apply sustained, targeted pressure right where a manual therapist works.

Who is it for?

Anyone with tight hips or a desk-bound lower back. It was designed by a physical therapist for at-home use. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your provider first.

What if it is not for me?

Returns are easy. If it is not the right fit, reach out within 60 days and we will make it right.

60-day returns

Try it at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 60 days.
