The why behind the blend

A cup worthy of Papa Tripode

One of my favorite childhood memories is winter fishing on the Bayou with my great-grandfather, Papa Tripode. He carried a small gas stove and brewed a piping-hot cup of good Cajun coffee, poured into blue enamel mugs.

I remember it for the rich, deep taste and the jolt of energy on frigid mornings. When I started Pure Coffee Club I wanted a coffee reminiscent of Papa Tripode's legendary cup.
