The strengthening half of the system: a 30 to 50 lb resistance Band with a physical-therapist-approved sequence that rebuilds the muscles holding your alignment, so your release work actually lasts.

  • Release without strengthening doesn't hold: As hip tension resolves, the hips, glutes, and core need rebuilding to keep that alignment.
  • 30 to 50 lbs of resistance: Enough to truly load the muscles that stabilize your hips and lower back.
  • PT-approved exercise sequence: A guided routine is included, so you know exactly what to do.
  • Locks in your release: Pairs with the Hip Hook and Orbit: release first, then strengthen.
  • Take it anywhere: A flat fabric band that rolls up for travel. No batteries, no machine.

Why it's in the Club

Release is only half the work.

Loosening a tight muscle is step one. If the muscles that hold your alignment stay weak, the tension finds its way back.

The Band rebuilds the hips, glutes, and core that keep your pelvis and lower back stable, with 30 to 50 pounds of resistance and a physical-therapist-approved sequence included.

Release first, then strengthen. That is how the relief lasts. That is why it is in the Club.

How it works

Simple to use, every day.

  1. 1

    Release first

Loosen the deep hip muscles with the Hip Hook and Orbit so the right muscles can fire.

  2. 2

    Set up the Band

Loop the Band and follow the included physical-therapist-approved sequence.

  3. 3

    Strengthen & stabilize

Rebuild the hips, glutes, and core a few minutes a day, so your alignment holds.

Questions, answered.

How long until I feel a difference?

Many people feel looser after their very first session. Lasting change comes from using it a few times a week, the same way mobility builds over time.

Do I need the app?

No, but it helps. The free Aletha app shows exactly where to place the tool, how much pressure to use, and times your release. A quick-start guide is included too.

Is it supposed to hurt?

It should feel like deep, productive pressure, never sharp pain. You control how much body weight you apply, so start light and ease in.

How is this different from a foam roller?

Foam rollers and lacrosse balls cannot reach the deep muscles that drive most hip and lower-back tightness. These tools are shaped to apply sustained, targeted pressure right where a manual therapist works.

Who is it for?

Anyone with tight hips or a desk-bound lower back. It was designed by a physical therapist for at-home use. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your provider first.

What if it is not for me?

Returns are easy. If it is not the right fit, reach out within 60 days and we will make it right.

60-day returns

Try it at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 60 days.
