The upper-body release tool, designed by a physical therapist. Three angled tips mimic a therapist's fingers to reach the upper trapezius, pec minor, and suboccipitals, the muscles that tighten with desk work and stress.

  • Three angled tips: Shaped to mimic a therapist's fingers, for clinical-level precision at home.
  • Targets the upper-body tension drivers: The upper trapezius, pectoralis minor, and suboccipitals.
  • For desk-bound necks and shoulders: Eases the tightness that screen time, stress, and posture pile into your upper body.
  • App-guided: The free Aletha app shows you exactly where and how to use it.
  • Built by a physical therapist: The same approach a clinician uses, made for at-home use.

Why it's in the Club

The tension that travels up.

Tight hips pull tension up the chain, and desk work, screen time, and stress pile it into your upper body: the neck, shoulders, and jaw.

The Range targets where that tension lands, the upper trapezius, pectoralis minor, and suboccipitals. Its three angled tips mimic a therapist's fingers for precise, sustained pressure.

Designed by a physical therapist to do at home what used to take an office visit. That is why it is in the Club.

How it works

Simple to use, every day.

  1. 1

    Position it

Place the Range against a wall or on the floor at the muscle you are targeting, following the app.

  2. 2

    Lean in

Ease your body weight onto the angled tips so they sink into the muscle.

  3. 3

    Hold & breathe

Stay on each spot until it softens, then move to the next.

Questions, answered.

How long until I feel a difference?

Many people feel looser after their very first session. Lasting change comes from using it a few times a week, the same way mobility builds over time.

Do I need the app?

No, but it helps. The free Aletha app shows exactly where to place the tool, how much pressure to use, and times your release. A quick-start guide is included too.

Is it supposed to hurt?

It should feel like deep, productive pressure, never sharp pain. You control how much body weight you apply, so start light and ease in.

How is this different from a foam roller?

Foam rollers and lacrosse balls cannot reach the deep muscles that drive most hip and lower-back tightness. These tools are shaped to apply sustained, targeted pressure right where a manual therapist works.

Who is it for?

Anyone with tight hips or a desk-bound lower back. It was designed by a physical therapist for at-home use. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with your provider first.

What if it is not for me?

Returns are easy. If it is not the right fit, reach out within 60 days and we will make it right.

60-day returns

Try it at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 60 days.
